FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

The Financial Administrator at Evangel Church is competent in both professional and relational skills.  The Administrator is viewed as an outgoing and friendly business leader to all people in the church community. This Administrator is a key team member that will partner with, and provide support to the Operations Director in the area of budgeting, purchase order processing, all accounting transactions, payroll, time and attendance & general bookkeeping.  The Administrator will exercise effective communication with the Operations Director as well as other Pastors, Directors and their respective administrators. Effectively working with staff and ministry leaders is what will set this person apart as a servant-leader.

This position is a vital link between our church, the congregation and the community; it serves as a gateway for all church activity and is one of the most responsible for creating a positive, safe and inviting impression of the church and its ministry. Additionally, Facility Team players are crucial in supporting and facilitating all staff and volunteer leaders to allow them to be successful in
all their ministry endeavors.
